Need info., Unknown air pistol

Hi, I have had this air (spring driven?) BB pistol for years and still can't identify it. It is 9" L. total, with a 4 1/4" blued barrel. The balance is aluminum except for the cocking ring in front. Only markings are "Pat. Applied For".

Any help will be greatly appreciated, Finn

  Thanks for the link rufe-snow. That gives me an age range to do more research. The only one I have ever seen in my 73 + years.

  Hi everyone, I recently searched google, and there was an ad in a 1948 Popular Science magazine for this gun. $3.95 I think. Manufactured by Target Products Corp. of Jackson, Michigan. After I had the maker it was easy, Thanks again, Finn
