german sporting rifle
i have what appears to be a pre WW2 german hunting rifle. on the top of the barrel are the words Langenhan Purschbuchse, on the bottom of the are flz3040flz, under the forearm there are various numbers and letters including 7.6/mm 46. the gun is a single shot break action center fire with a octogon barrel and a Ajack 2.4x56 scope. does any know where i can find out some information about this gun thanks dan can't find sticky to post pictures

You've posted this same request before, we can't help you without quality photos. There is a "STICKY" on are header page with instructions for posting photos.
Langenhan is the name of a German gunsmith/firearms manufacturer.
Purschbuchse is the German term for what they call a "stalking rifle", i.e. a light rifle carried by hunters walking through a forest pursuing game animals.0 -
