Zavasta shotgun

I am looking at a Zavasta 16 gauge shotgun imported by C.A.I.VT Georgia that has 1687 stamped on one barrel and 1684 on the other.
I am trying to figure out if that is the choke, and if so what does it mean in terms I am more used to.
