Probably less.
OK seriously, a .22 Winchester levergun could be worth between $100 and $2000 (or maybe more) depending on what condition its in, when it was made, whether or not it comes with original box or accessories, or has an unusual provenance.
If you want a real answer, you'll have to take good pictures of the gun in good lighting from different angles and post them on the site here. Instructions on how to do that can be found on the "sticky" at the top of the board.
If you want a very rough ballpark, assuming its a standard late model .22LR 94-22 in 90% condition it could fetch around $500.
If its an older gun in mint (ie unfired and 100%) condition with original box and papers you could double or even triple that, depending on what exactly you have.0 -
ras16301,
Hello, and welcome to the forums here on Gunbroker.com.
We are going to need a bit more information to help you. We need to know the model number, particular variation, and condition. Ultimately, some good close up, in focus pictures would be ideal. The link below
http://forums.gunbroker.com/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=259294
explains how to post them. You will need to use a photohosting website, such as imageshack.com, or photobucket.com to do so.
Please pay no attention to the above rant from the non-expert quote:Exactly 25% of what a V8 chevy truck is worth They are just showing what they are made of, and they are derived from the General Discussion forum, and have no place here for that kind of reply.
Your rifle could be worth tens of thousands of dollars, but most likely not, depending on what it is. If it is a Model 1873 in original 90% + condition, it is almost like hitting the lotto.
