dialtan bmj scope

Hello,
Does anyone have any info on this scope? A friend of mine just received a 1948 winchester 30-30 for his birthday. It came with a dialtan bmj scope on it. Just wondering if it has any value to it. Thank you in advance for any info.

  I believe a Diatylan to be a Zeiss scope model name...need picyures, but those can be valuable.

  As I said this is a friends scope. I do not have any pics. But what I have heard it is in excellent shape. I won't even tell you what his wife paid for the rifle and scope.(cheap, cheap!) You couldn't buy a cheap Chinese beater for what she spent.
  It also has mounts from some famous Pennsylvania gunsmith.
