Did you look in the "for buyers" information in the auction? There's a search function that will show you gun dealers who have registered with Gun Broker as transfer agents.

As Henry said- Go to buyer's page, put in your zip code, see who is near you. These are folks that have registered with GB as transfer FFLs.

Almost all pawn shops have FFLs and many are willing to act as a receiving FFL. Also, check local gunsmiths.
One other source is your local gunclub or sporting goods stores. They frequently know who in the local area is willing to act for you.

    Try these guys:

    http://www.gunbroker.com/FFL/SearchForFFL.aspx?st=State&sv=WI

    Edit:

Type in your zip and it will bring up about 8 guys that do transfers from $15.-$50 longgun/handgun.

You will find someone cheaper. Check GB and all your local gun stores. I get transfers for 20 bucks including the nics check.
