    Since you did not give a complete description & failed to provide photos, you will have to do your own research.

    "Banquet" guns & other special order guns generally sell for +/- 10% of the value of the "plain" version of the same gun in the same condition. Because they were special ordered, only the manufacturer & the buyer knows how many were made, but no one really cares.

    #1 & 2 can be researched by you if you click on the Advanced Search link near the top of the Gunbroker homepage, & search COMPLETED auctions, exclude reserve auctions, & sort by highest number of bids first. You should be able to find the "plain" version of similar guns.

    #3 has no "market" value if it is that badly worn. If you want to look for Marlin 22 auctions, you may be able to identify your model.

    The Marlin Mdl 56 was the "Levermatic"- a lever action, short throw. I have no listing of a Model 58. Microgroove rifling was first introduced in June 1953, so rifle is newer than that.
