Winchester 37A value

I was wondering what the market value would be for a Winchester 37A in 28 gauge would be. Its a solid 95% gun, all original. I see one on the auction side with an opening bid of $1200, is that wishful thinking? Would half of that still be too high for market? Thank you.

    As per 29th edition of The Blue Book of Gun Values; Winchester Model 37A in 95% condition would be $95.00 plus the added 50% for 28 gauge bringing it to a grand total of $142.50. Doesn't seem right, does it? These guns were manufactured from 1973 to 1980 at the Winchester plant in Cobourg,Ontario and are not considered to be highly collectable.

    1200 is past wishful thinking...thats just stupid...thinking even though it is Canadian it would bring 200-275..? although I haven't checked past auctions.
