Got shot in the eye
In fact both eyes, Macular Degeneration, gonna get them again in six weeks. Better than going blind. They have it down to a science, going for seven years now.

I'm glad it works and they have it. Understand and agree with what you're saying vs blindness. But man that sounds horrible. I couldn't hold still for them to do that. Is it painful? Is putting you under an option?

My mom gets them too. She has been doing that for about eight years now and it really helps her.

I've gotten shots in the eye quite a few times in the past for inflammation and never got used to it and dreaded it every time. Glad your treatment works and hope it keeps working. Bob

Glad it is working for you . Unfortunately, I have the dry amd . No treatment except taking a recommended vitamin. Thank God it is currently stable and if not in remission, at least not progressive at the moment .

It is quick and painless, but I bet my fingerprints are embedded in the handles on the chair.
