Does anyone know how long it takes GB on average to decide on a BPP claim? I've had all my info in for over three months and have had no movement on my claim or contact from GB. I'm told not to inquire because my claim will be sent to the bottom of the list whenever asked.

  Sounds like 3rd party insurance claim ,,might as well forgetaboutit

  BPP is GB's Buyer Protection. GB's insurance means you get what you bought and not something different. I bought a 30-30 Win. lever gun in VG condition that cycled. It needed a loading gate. I received a Win. lever gun that has been bored out to 444 Marlin, missing several parts, did not cycle, with the barrel walls so thin if someone tried to shoot a 444 Marlin, it would blow up. The seller refused to refund. Ergo, BPP. Seems like a simple decision to me. I sent GB everything they asked for. It's been 3 months without a word. ????
