My best guess is a busted tile.

My best guess is a busted tile.

This area used to be a hay field. No pipes or man-made matter in the area, nothing crosses the driveway. Driveway is just rock on clay mud/dirt that was carved through the hay field. This isn't the first time this has happened.

small babbling brook underground and ,or artesian well that is seasonal.

Have you had any sink holes show up in the vicinity, in the past?

With a couple metal coat hangers I could tell you where and how far it goes.

We have something similar out in the corner of are yard. When we get a lot of rain the water in are yard, and in the field next to the yard come together under ground, and the water comes up out of the ground where they meet. Now where the water comes out it is lower than the yard and field, only by about three foot. The water is flowing under ground to the ravine that runs behind are house.
One thing I have learned about water flowing under ground. It is possible to divert it, but you can’t stop it. I learned this by having one side of the foundation of the house come in account of water once.

I won’t disagree with you on that but, I’ve had similar issues in our fields. Busted field tile, probably close to 100 years old. I have a few holes that you could almost put a 55 gallon barrel in.
That being said, I am in Illinois and your are in Missouri.
Your ground is a tad bit rockier than my fields.

couldn't see the video, but if the water is coming UP out of the ground it could be many things as underground steams or I have one in my back yard that started as a groundhog hole nest to a low spot in a ditch. the groundhog tunneled out about 30 yards or so by the time I got him with my rifle as he went under my outbuilding and now I have water bubbling up next to it and out in the center of my yard when it rains hard and the ditch gets full. You may have old gopher hole or chipmunk tunnels that got flooded by low spot the same way and that is the exit…….
