ATF Form 3310.4

The FFL I use was given a hard time at their ATF audit for not filling out the multiple purchase forms.

"The disposition of two or more pistols or revolvers to any nonlicensee during a period of 5 consecutive business days must be reported on ATF Form 3310.4, Report of Multiple Sale or Other Disposition of Pistols and Revolvers,….."

I won 2 pistols at an auction and didn't know this form was needed as I have a CCP and haven't done it before. The dealer was nice enough and and even apologized. To avoid this requirement I will wait 5 days before picking up the second pistol. This avoids paperwork and notifications to ATF and the local PD. It's OK, I'm not in a hurry and just happy that they received the shipment.
