Granddaughters will be here tomorrow…..
My Bride just finished off Chocolate chip cookies, Rice Krispie Treats, pumpkin pies, Dipped Oreos, Dipped pretzels, Scotcheroos, Pretzels with Rollo and M&M's, Jello Jigglers…… Going to have to spent a lot of time in the gym next week !!!!

You just got to love the holidays. Lady of the house likes baking different deserts, and me, I like sampling them.

Threads like these make me wish I had a wife. 😆 I was raised to hunt, fish and fix things, my Dad's oldest son. Never was one to bake or cook. I can, just don't have the want to. I get my baked goodies from all the church bake sales and farmers market spreads. I'm doing my part to help them make a profit.

I'm not sure what Grouch Attack has going in the kitchen but sells good. I've been banned except to pass through to go out to do chores.

My wife has been baking cookies in large quantities last couple weeks and i have been eating them in large quantities also LOL
One of many talents she has is a good cook/ baker and does a great job of it
She makes them thru out the year but holidays puts it it high gear
She makes some great fudge also
Before I retired a lot of coworkers were having her make fudge for them at Christmas. they paid her but she would accept only what the ingredients cost .

We are spoiled, the neighbors daughter who lives with them likes to bake. We just finished off last week a large plate of chocolate chip cookies she dropped off.
