    Over 2,400 dead. The Arizona and the Oklahoma were both sunk. And some still resent the fact we dropped 2 A bombs.

    I have read and seen so many stories of 14 qnd 15 yr ild lying to get in along with the older WWl vets reinlisting

    American pride at it's best Part of why they are the greatest generation

    my father was 'drafted' in the spring of 1941 for "6 months service". He was discharged Dec. 4 1941……….he said he never unpacked his bags when he got home. He spent the next 5 years in the army, and went to Europe.
