Daniel Penny - Verdict?
Sounds to me like it will end up a hung jury, I hope they find him innocent of all charges.
I see the family of the guy that was the problem has already started to bring a lawsuit against Penny.

Hope clear off all but , it’s New Yak. Should never been charges but I know why.
If found guilty by “ peers” a travesty has occurred- imo

The Presidents son gets Pardoned, Penny gets shafted, if that ain't a typical 2 tiered justice system tell me what is.

They just dismissed the manslaughter charge against penny
