Good God! I had the corner on the market for this sport on this forum. Now we got a 78 year old member who flies hang gliders? I took this pic at Lookout Mtn Georgia, I'm up about 900 feet headed in for a landing. This is from 40 years ago. To be honest 10 years ago I was really looking in to flying again, but, I asked my surgeon about it, I have had total knee replacement rt knee, and he said if I hit hard on my feet on a rough landing it would blow my knee out, back to the OR for another TKR. No thanks. Dotty where do you fly?
I must say I have had some wild adventures, and I have had some fun times, but hang gliding takes the cake for some wild adventure, and fun on God's Green Earth.
