She is obviously a DEI placement, totally unqualified to be in any FEMA supervisory position but is of the correct gender and skin color so of course she got the job over an experienced, white, male.

Should be removed from her position immediately.

I read this on Fox this morning and she was removed from her position, but being a civil service Fed employee she wasn't fired.

It wouldn't surprise me that she probably will get a good service review, a raise and a promotion by her equally corrupt partisan bosses. Bob

Yep, that is exactly why we need to get rid of the majority of top tier managers within these agencies. The ATF should be the first to go, we all know they are full of anti 2A activists.

Probably a low level 'team leader' since her instructions only affected about 20 dwellings. Note also use of the word "leadership" vice "management".

The real issues are 1) FEMA is hiring people dumb enough to issue such instructions, not realizing the immorality and/or thinking she could get away with it, and 2) this is a direct result of Biden's woke/DEI/equity propaganda programs — both her presence and her … thought processes.

Aside from all else, its doubtful she was checking on the work of her team, since the situation makes it appear she was probably surprised by their recorded comments.

It is, however, a great opportunity for professional politicians to take the stage and posture before the public. If this is not an agency wide, or top driven, action, fire her and move on.

IMHO, what we have within federal government agencies is a culture and merit system that rewards contempt, oppression, & persecution of GOP and any opposition to the DEMOCRAT party. Not only does this culture reward such bad behavior, it goes so far as to protect these bad actors and defend their malfeasance.

As a nation, we will self destruct unless the powers of these alphabet agencies aren't severely restrained or in many cases dismantled. As a private citizen, I have written my representatives expressing these views

Watched her interview on Fox last night. She had taken notes at briefing prior to deployment. She had bullet points to pass on to her team. The Trump displaying home avoidance directive was handed down to her. It was one of many bullet points she provided her team.

Having worked for the government for 30 years I can testify to the fact that 90% of fed employees will not question and will carry out their orders no matter the quality of said orders.

I was one of the few that rebeled. I'm sure they were glad to see me retire.

    +1 on what susie said.

I took an early retirement due to the harassment dealt out by higher authority in USPS. I was one who questioned the procedures/processes and how these would improve service/efficiency. NOT ACCEPTABLE.😕
