  I had the opportunity to meet him personally a few years back, as we were both working at the shipyard together (PSNS). Very nice guy and a wealth of information.

  He has helped me several times. He is one of the few who are genuinely kind and helpful while knowing more than anyone in the room….which is rare.

  Yep, like Joe said, he was over in ATE updating the Winchester DOM list. Bert never was one to hang out here in GD and mix it up with with everybody.
