I have seen a few stories on TV and internet over the years
and if course listed countless times to Gordon Lightfoot song which help immortalized it
Another sad loss of life passing into the books of history

I was at Whitefish Bay yesterday with my brother and two nephews. Rode ATV's sixty miles along the Lake Superior shore. People from here will never forget what they were doing, when they heard the Fitzgerald was gone.
