Here's what the river normally looks like. In the video you can see that it topped the bridge. A sight I thought I would never see. The vehicles are just little dots from the bird's eye view.

Same bridge in 2017. At 28 feet.it will get close to this same level.

Hopefully they may be wrong and it won't be as bas as predicted. Stay safe.

I'll be fine. I live in the hills, about 7 miles from the river as the crow flies.

Stopped by cousin's feed store. He is in the process of placing all the hay, tub feed, and mill feed at his bagging facility into trailers and moving them to higher ground. This is an area that will flood out if it gets 20 feet above flood stage. His storefront will flood at 24 feet. We will know more tomorrow morning. Peak flood is predicted to occur at noon on Thursday.

Friends, family and customers are pitching in to help him. Depending on the updates tomorrow morning, I will be going into town to lend a hand.

I sure hope and PRAY that it recedes before any major damage is done.

Crest has been revised to 22.5 feet above flood stage. Still a lot of water but this should be enough of a drop to keep it from being catastrophic.

Cousin's hay storage and feed bagging areas may still flood but the storefront should be ok. Looking at his high-water mark in the store yesterday when it crested at 33 feet in 2017 it got up about 5.5 feet inside.

Campgrounds have evacuated and canoe/kayak rental businesses have moved inventory to higher ground.

That's bad. I'd heard that your area got dumped on big time.

I'm good on a hill. River crested 21 feet above flood stage. Campgrounds and soccer field flooded in town, river cabins on piers had no issues since they were rebuilt after the spring of 2017 to escape the water. Many secondary roads flooded but we anticipate the water receding fairly quickly.

Second round of rain headed this way on Saturday.

May it continue be more nuisance than dangerous threat, or destructive. Best wishes to you all
