Illegal Aliens indefinitely Allowed to Stay in the US

Nearly 1 million illegal immigrants are staying in the U.S. "indefinitely" after their cases were dismissed or closed, or the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) failed to file the necessary documentation, according to a new House Judiciary Committee report being released on Thursday.
"Through administrative maneuvering at both the Justice Department and DHS, the Biden-Harris Administration has already ensured that nearly 1 million illegal aliens can remain in the United States without the possibility of deportation—and that trend shows no sign of stopping," the report by the House majority on the committee.
When illegal immigrants are encountered, they can be put into removal proceedings by which they will eventually face an immigration judge to have their case decided. There are around 700 immigration judges across the U.S., and they currently face a backlog of millions of cases after the historic crisis at the border.The report cites briefings to the committee, which staff say revealed that over 700,000 illegal immigrants have had their immigration cases dismissed, terminated or administratively closed in immigration court during the current administration, "allowing those aliens to stay in the country indefinitely without facing immigration consequences."
Additionally, as previously reported, DHS has failed to file the necessary documentation for 200,000 additional cases, "meaning that the overwhelming majority of those aliens can also remain in the U.S. indefinitely."
"Instead of actually adjudicating illegal aliens’ cases based on the merits of aliens’ claims for relief—such as whether an alien has a valid and successful asylum claim—immigration judges under the Biden-Harris Administration have been tasked with rubberstamping case dismissals, case closures, and case terminations, all of which allow illegal aliens to remain in the United States without immigration consequences," the report says. "This sort of quiet amnesty has become a staple of the Biden-Harris Administration’s immigration courts."

Trump has a well established history of protecting our sovereignty.
On the other hand Harris will keep the border wide open turning America into a Third World Country. Even worse, she is on a fast pace to bankrupting both Social Security & Medicare. We have spent BILLIONS on immigrants! Why numbers vary how much spent, estimates run over 100K per individual. Voters need to consider dollars spent per immigrant, when THEY the voter isn't getting sh*&*t

And, I've got a Bunch over the backyard fence. Sheriff says he can't do any thing.
They pulled another trailer back there. Only one septic tank for three trailer, can't be legal. Think I'll call the County planing Supervisor.

The politicians dems and Republicans have made so many road blocks and laws to protect the illegals and I will bet before the next swearing in so many more re ways to make sure they get to say with be put into place and will also bet they're will be so many lawsuits and leftist judges will stop Trump or any one from deporting them
Sad to say, like terminal cancer, they can not be cut out or stopped legally any way

Looks like there was Local County Truck back there today and a lot of pointing and gesturing going on. Where the trailer was at there was definitely no way yo connect to any septic tank, on the property.
Yep, they will know I was the one that told on them. It was tucked back behind the trees and fence. But fully visible from my deck.
Only thinking of property values !
