Browning patent that was made by several makers. I have a Western Field (Montgomery Ward) that looks just like that. I Think it is a Stevens model 520 or 620.

Yup, Stevens 520 with the square back & hump sold under several names.
The 520 was my guess. I have a Sears JCH based on the 520A.
