    We were about to enter WW II. I fear WW III is not far away…..

    I don't think many even have a clue. Consider that in 1941, some folks hadn't fully recovered from the effects of 'The Great Depression'. Some didn't have telephone, electricity, or indoor plumbing and maybe not even a vehicle.

    Going from the hardships of the depression into the hardships of a global war with hardly a break must have been a real challenge. Most folks today have no idea of the difficulties our families dealt with in 1941.

    Yes, without proper Leadership we are on the brink of war. Only the Lord can keep us out of it.

    The US officially entered WWII right after the Japanese attack on December 7, 1941. However, the US federal government had been supplying material and equipment to the British for use in the European theater. Just like today, our federal government can't resist being involved in whatever war is going on anywhere.
