I saw my local KFC close up shop. After the took out Long Johns Silver/KGFC I never went and that's like 5 years? No big loss since a bucket of legs were like $15 with coupon? I did miss LJS. I wonder if they're gonna put in a Mexican joint like they did with Church's after they closed up. I actually miss Churches more. They had fried okra.

Churches has great Southern style fried chicken at reasonable prices, to me KFC not so much and it's way over priced but if one likes it, good for them 👍️. I'll say whether Churches, KFC or others depend a lot on their locations and those who prepare it, some cooks just don't have that skilled touch when it comes to chicken.

WOW-Churches still around! We built a corporate office and warehouse for them in Schaumberg, Il. MANY years ago.

Only chicken joint is KFC. Love it, but expensive. Don't get it real often.

We haven't had KFC in yearrrrrssss. Only fast food we get anymore is an Chic-fil-A and an occasional pizza.

I got to try Chic-Fil-A. Do they have buckets? I'll see if they have a on line menu.

Never had any Chic-Fil-A either. We do have a Culvers some 10 miles away and I like their fish, butter burgers, and the frozen custard concrete mixers. That is what they call it! 😁

So no bucket? What The… Just sandwiches and nuggets? I guess I won't be going there anytime soon.
