What type of cartridge is this?
Hello,
I was cleaning shop a bit and came across a cartridge that I could not ID. I've tried searching on Google and various sites but nothing.
Here are some photos. Any info would be a great help.
Thank you,
Brandon

A coin in the picture would help for comparison, but they look like .22 cal BB caps or CB caps. Likely dont have any powder, just a primer.
That headstamp looks like Klimovsk Stamping Plant Russia.0 -
I'm sorry. I didn't even think of a photo with a coin. Here are some more if you need them. Quarter included.

.41 rimfire Remington derringer cartridge? Probably a modern reproduction? 0 -
Poor man's measurement, but here goes. Notice the bullet standing to the left of the coin? The bullet diameter is wider than the last four letters of 'LIBERTY'.
So, I took out my last quarter, and, upon eyeballing a greater distance than the 'ERTY' on my quarter, my read is .41 Remington.
Didn't the 'V' stamping have to do with a contract by Navy Arms, who sold some .41 rimfire a few years back? Thanks, Joe
EDIT
See the link below. What you have is Navy Arms .41 rimfire.

You should specialize in posting photos for"Ask the Experts"questioners.I don't know the cartridge but I know good photos.Your pictures are worth more than a thousand words. 0 -
That quarter certainly adds perspective. Its not a .22 as I suspected, but much bigger. I would agree with .41 cal. 0 -
Sore, Givette, Trap, and Lefty: Thank you all very much for helping me ID this. I was truly at a loss with this one.
Tocamoha: Thank you. When/if the need arises that I ask another question on here I will surely put my photo taking skills to use.
Again, thank you all for your help.
