Processing some cases I got on the auction side and I noticed some of them are headstamped "FC HE". I haven't seen this before. What's the "HE" stand for?

  HE High Energy
  To me it was a marketing gimmick.
  180 gr bullet at 3050 fps instead of 2890 fps
  Elk won't know the difference.
