    WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE IN THE UNIVERSAL M-1 AND THE WWII M-1'S..ARE THEY WORTH THE MONEY AND ARE THEY ACCURATE?THANKS,BRIAN

    No offense, but your post don't make a heck of a lot of sense. You might consider lying off the sauce prior to posting.

    ok ..we will try this slow for the comprehensionally challenged...i went to the gun store and bought two (2) legacy sport m-1 clone 22lr citadel semi automtic rifles ....the (2) rifles are same size & weight of the US military 30 caliber carbine....they (both) have 10 (ten) round magazines...they (both) are pleasing in appearance and seem well made...when the weather is cooler outside the air conditioned house i will load the magazines and fire them (both) at targets to see how they well they function....and then i will report back with my opinion in monosyllabic words for some to enjoy...or not

    I looked one over awhile back, at a local shop.. Not impressed.. Way too much plastic and alloy parts.. Google found mostly poor reviews..

    Read the caution/warning at the bottom of this page.. The one I examined had this design, so it apparently hasn't been addressed on all offered for sale..

    still seem like its more of a discussion topic than a specific question for the ATE crowd.

    furthermore, it seems like it would be more productive, since all your looking for is general information, to cast a wider net through GD than through the limited(on two fronts) venue of ATE.
