Bushmaster ACR?

Would like to hear from those that actually own the Bushmaster ACR and what your opinions are of it?
Really like the Bushmaster ACR and its innovative and modular design which uses existing AR15 magazines, have seen some 'torture tests', 'function and accuracy tests' etc and by all accounts this looks to be a quality, well made weapon for defense, survival, shtf etc.
My only issues so far as probably some others have as well, is the 'sticker price shock' and I am able to get dealer prices because of background and status, so its still a bit high even so imho...
And the other issue is the heavy polymer receiver and wish it was at least aluminum like the AR15, but such as it is that is apparently what alot of things are going to so better get used to it I guess. Either way its still a great weapon by all accounts and I am considering buying some...
Also looks like an AR15 carry handle and front sight assembly top should attach to the picatinny rails if so desired and you can even attach a bayonet lug to the barrel for posterity if needed...I put a pic together to see how it would look and it looked pretty cool.
