The shop I work in is considering selling Kimber Pepper Blaster on GB.

The question we have is what is the rules on selling and shipping pepper spray?

  Every state has different rules. In NY State, you can only buy it from an FFL dealer! [:(!]

  Local and State laws and ordinances vary. At one time it wasn't legal to sell this type of product over the counter in cali. You will have to be aware if where your shipping this product it's legal to own and posses.

  Shipment will have to be UPS or FedEx GROUND. Cannot be mailed, cannot be shipped by air, due to nature of product and how it is contained (pressure can)
