Beretta Service Centers

My buddy is having problems with his Beretta 92...something about the slide. We are not sure about any of the local gun smiths, so he is thinking about sending the pistol into a service center.

Does anybody have any experience with the Beretta service centers?

  Had a 391 that was stove piping and dropped the gun off at a center we have here in Maryland. Explained to them that that my wife and I wanted to use in in Argentina for a dove hunt. Got it back in 10 days or so.

  I've only bought parts direct from Beretta, 800-237-3882.
  They have a list or centers on the web site.
