What is the factory front sight on a Beretta Extrema 2 12 ga. shotgun?

Is it a silver bead, a white-dot, or a fiber optic?

  Talked to my shop's Beretta rep on Tuesday. He said that Beretta stopped putting the fiber optic sights on the Extrema 2. All it comes with now is the silver metal bead.
