Speaking of fuzes....
I have a sample of grenade fuze, (I think) I would like to identify.
It has a blue handle with a red tip marked,"Fuze M205A2 OPI-6-82 5-67".
I think OPI is the mfg,but I can not find any info.
Just trying to put a display together.
Thanks for your help.

I think (but I'm not sure) that those were the fuses that were used on practice grenades. The blue 'spoon' (if original) indicates a practice usage. The MkII pineapples used an M5 or M6 fuse with solid TNT filler, and M10 and M11 fuses with a granular (but less brisant, to prevent almost vaporizing the grenade) explosive filler. I don't know what types of fuses were used on the later M26 or other Comp B grenades. 0
