WTK: m64 .30 sec plastic ammo worth anything?

Last gunshow i picked up some M64 .30 SEC PLASTIC ammo in 10 round boxes. Lot number is all the same. i found ONE round of this on the auction side for 4.95! This is marked FN manufacture also. Is this stuff really worth that much? Or should i just use it to play with? Will it cycle an M1 Garand? Or just stick to the 1903? Thanks for any info.

  It should work OK in a bolt action, but it will not cycle your Garand. Plastic ammo does not generate enough pressure for semi-autos.
