Winchester M70 270 Weatherby

Winchester showed this caliber as being available in the Classic stainless steel sporter model with the synthetic stock. I am trying to find out if they actually made any. I have a Classic sporter that has the blued action and barrel with a walnut stock in this caliber. I have never seen one for sale in the stainless version and when I tried to order one from several different distributers none of them had any. Can any one tell me for sure if they were made or where the records for the New Haven plant went?
