    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-live/code-of-conduct

You can go to Microsoft service agreement for the latest update for the explanation of services affected which include bing search engine, msn, windows live and a host of others then, you are sent by link to the code of conduct linked above and under prohibited activities are the firearms restrictions, about 2/3 of the way down the list.

If I have misunderstood what these two documents mean then please straighten me out.

Netscape used to have a mail program (and you could get a netscape.net email address). Firefox does not have one of which I am aware.
