Hi all is cerrosafe then same as cerrobend? or is there alot of difference in making chamber cast from the 2.

No, they are not the same.

Cerrobend is a commercial brand name for Wood's Metal, a different alloy from Cerrosafe.
Cerrosafe shrinks during the first 30 minutes and at the end of one hour is EXACTLY the chamber size.
Cerrobend expands slightly instead of contracting on solidification.
It has a rapid immediate growth max @ .00057" per inch.

I don't think you could get a Cerrobend casting out of the chamber, it does not shrink on solidifying like Cerrosafe.0 -
