Unless the gun is marked for Invector+ tubes, it takes the "standard" ones. IV+ tubes ONLY fit factory "back bored" barrels.

As a FYI, the IV tubes are about 1 1/2"-1 3/4" long, while the IV+ tubes are about 2 1/4 long.

My error, it's been a while since my wife sold her Browning w/standard tubes.
Anyway, I did dig out one of my 12ga + tubes (all mine are flush to the muzzle) and my caliper to get the following
    OAL 2.376"
    Smooth section .827" diameter
    Thread section .822" diameter
    Lead-in section .788" diameter
    Length of smooth section 1.581"
    Length of thread section .611"
    Length of lead-in .172"

I don't have a pitch gauge here, but it looks like (eyeball to caliper tip to thread) like .025" between pitches or 40TPI

I was really hoping to find out actual thread diameter and pitch dimensions for each so I can measure shotgun bore's threads. I can't find where marked for either Invector or Invector Plus. I understand the Invector Plus fits backbored (oversized bore) tubes, Invector for the older standard Invector. I have never seen any Browning choke tubes with threads at the muzzle end; are you sure of that?

Well, I am zeroing in on what I want to find out, still no dimensions on the Browning site referenced, but the photos show Invector tubes as shorter than Invector Plus. That clue was previously given, but it was said the threads were at the muzzle end of the choke tube. That had me wondering. It appears I want standard Invector, with shorter length, and the threads at the back end of the choke tube. I do appreciate the help! Thanks, gentlemen!

note; the 'invector' (standard), winchester 'winchoke' and mossberg 'accu choke' are all the same and interchange.

Invector tubes are the same as Ithaca(later) H&R, Winchchester, Mossberg 500, T/C and several others. Go to choketube.com which is Carlsons web site. They have an interchange chart.
