Question on Bausch&Lomb 3-9x40 scope.

I have this B&L 3-9x40 scope that came on a rifle I recently bought. I was hoping to learn more about it. What is the quality, age, and worth in 95-99% condition? The only markings are Waterproof, 3-9x40, BL, Japan, W000449 underneath, and Bausch & Lomb on the side. One adjustment cap has a triangle in a circle. It is glossy finished. Dual X type crosshair.
