Anschutz Revolver?

I have a small nickel .25 revolver, the only markings I can find are "JGA". It makes me think Anschutz, did they make this? And whats it worth?

  If it was made by Anschutz, it would have German Proof Marks.
  
  This type of small, inexpensive, personal protection, revolver was commonly found in Europe during the late 19th and early 20th Centuries. Most were made in Belgium and have Belgian Proof Marks.
  
  It the event there is no Proof Marks, most likely it's Spanish made. Their mandatory proof requirements didn't come into being until the 1920's.

  Open top folding trigger pocket revolvers are not real common. The only thing I can find that looks like yours is a Bernard Paatz made in Zella Mehis, Germany. But then it ought to have German proof marks.

  Germany proof laws did not come into effect until the early 1890's.

  The legal requirement for Proof Marks in Germany, dates to 1891. If the early open top design by Paatz predates that, it might explain the lack of Proof Marks.
  
  I checked one of my references and it gave the founding date of the J.G. Anschutz firm as being 1856. It also noted that they made pocket pistols and revolvers, which I didn't know. If the revolver in question dates to the 1880's, it might explain the lack of Proof Marks.
