anyone use BLC-2 with 62gr. bullets for .223
I am new to rifle reloading. I need to know some loads to try in my AR15. I already checked the search feature but did not find much. Thanks for your help.

Hodgdon's website is your friend here. 24 to 26 grains. And yes I have used BLC2 in the .223 with a 62 grain bullet. My gun liked 26 grains very well, but obviously try the start load first and work up. 0 -

They list data for BL-C(2) to 90 gr bullets. BLC meters nice. You might want to read up on small base dies for reloading.0 -
Guys, thank you for your information. I have used the Hodgdon website and had only loaded 24gr. so far. I am curious what others are using. I have a lot of work ahead and trial and error, I am enjoying myself.[:D] Thanks again for your help. 0 -
I used 25.5grs of it with the 62gr in my 1-7 twist. Mt 1-9 twist likes the load better. 0
