Curios and Relics Renewal
Hey Guy's I just received my C&R renewal forms in the mail, and I had a couple of quick questions on the renewal form. I just want to make sure I'm answering them correctly so I don't have to deal with the hassle of correcting incorrect information and what not.
I have a small form "Certification of Compliance with 18 U.S.C 922(G)(5)(B). Which is the form Certifying to the citizenship of the applicant. It has 7 questions on it. The only one Im not sure about, is #2. "Name of the person Certifying to Citizenship"
Since I'm obviously a citizen would I put my name in there, or do I need to have a third person "certify" that I'm a citizen? On #7. it says Signature of Individual who is Identified in Question #2. So Again wondering if my name is supposed to go in there or a third person.

You can just write "same" or "applicant". You don't need a third party. 0
