Another question for Bert
Got the scope mount off the '76 vintage Winchester M-94. Now I need replacement screws to go in the holes left by the mount screws. It appears factory holes were used and none were drilled extra. Need the 3 screws (One big towards front, 2 small toward rear) on uppermost left hand side receiver. What would be the proper description names on these screws? And would you know a good source?
Thanks for your help.

Standard Allen screw heads. Turns out it all were SAE 7/64 Allen size. A size my smaller Allen set didn't include. Thanks. Actually it was #'s 22, and 26 x2.0 -

Got parts ordered. Thanks.
So how does a 1976 vintage M-94 rank in the Winchester hierarchy? I know Pre-64 is most desirable. Was the quality good in the 1970's?0 -

From 1964 through the late 1970s, there is essentially no difference in the quality. They are on the very bottom of the list.0 -
