Buyer is not responding to emails. How do I request a phone number?

Should have been on the contact page after the sale--Thought that all individuals had to have that? Contact Support if its not there. 0 -
When you're logged in there should be a button on the auction page that says "See buyer's contact info" or something like that. 0 -
