    Most likely it's a interference fit, or staked, not meant to be removed.

    You would alter a pin punch of the proper diameter to be as short as possible. Use it only as a starter punch, to just break the pin loose.

    Very carefully apply pinpoint heat to the area around the pin. Then use the shortened punch. Hope for the best.

    I'm afraid this is one my local gunsmith. This thing just ain't moving for me. I've already bent one punch and smashed my thumb.[B)]

    If it's Chinese, it's most likely staked like Rufe said. Pins drive left to right.
