I won an auction 3 days ago and have not been able to contact the seller. This is my first attempt with GB auctions and need help trying to email support directly. thanks

    While it's not considered "good practice" (particularly in today's "instant communication" world) three days isn't necessarily something to become too concerned with. Some sellers are "old timers," or have work schedules that don't let them respond immediately. Or sometimes people have emergencies that come up and can't respond immediately.

    I'd check the seller's feedback, and if that's all good, give him a few more days before starting any action.

    That said, have you checked all the spam setting on your e-mail? Have you received Gunbroker's automated e-mails about the auction? If the seller tried to contact your through Gunbroker's system, your spam filters may have blocked his e-mail (likely sending it to your "junk" folder).

    Also, the seller should have a phone number. Have you called that number yet? There is a chance his spam filters may have blocked your e-mail.

    If all else fails, the auction side does have instructions under the "For buyers" area if you are ultimately unable to make contact with the seller.

    Try a little patience. Many shops I know of are closed on Sunday and Monday. Quite possible they just got your e-mail today.
    Might be some other valid reason for a delay also.

    If you are certain support is necessary go to the auction side home page and scroll down to "My Support". It's on the left hand side of the page.

    I couldn't find a phone no for the seller. I wasn't concerned about the seller I was just worried that I didn't send my info properly and I might miss out on a good deal. Didn't recieve any notification from GB. I will wait another day before trying again. thanks again for the info.

    Go to the auction page for the item; click on VIEW XXXXX NAME AND ADDRESS. This will give you his address & his phone number. If that doesn't work, you have options on this page such as HELP.

    My thoughts, too. Double-check the auction to make sure you won. Also, check your spam folder.
