.45 Headstamp

I again find myself with some .45 ammo that I'm not sure about. The headstamp has FN .45 and a star. It also has a smaller primer than a "regular" .45. Any help would be appreciated.

  Could be 45 as in caliber, or 45 as in year.
  
  Check the case length, as there is a European 45 round that has a slightly shorter case length than the ACP the 45 HP (high power) to make it legal for civilian usage (where civilians are not allowed to own military cartridges).

  if it is the stuff in the 25rd box the primers are probaly dead
