Where To Buy Winchester Pre-64 M70 Action Screws
I recently bought a Winchester Pre-64 Model 70 Super Grade that's in very nice condition except for the action screws. They are really buggered up. The original owner used to remove the barreled action from the stock on a regular basis to clean the gun and wasn't overly particular about the screwdriver he used. I know the screw heads don't hurt performance or accuracy, but I can't stand to look at em. Are replacement screws available anywhere? I've looked at several sites on line but cannot find anything. I would appreciate any help. Thanks.

Thanks, it looks like Brownell's carries a 4-screw set made by Galazan. I'll give them a call tomorrow to make sure it's the right set for a Pre-64, but I'm 99% sure it is. Thanks again. 0 -
