Bluebook is the unrealistic value for insurance purposes. Go with the Flayderman's value.

Reserves are a tough sell--If you go a dollar start and 10 days, you will find out what the value is on an item like that-It will command interest-

I have never done a reserve auction, don't like them.
I did what nambu said, 10 days, started at a dollar. We will see.
    Thanks all for the input.

Good job! I'm currently the high bidder but I wouldn't have bid a dime if it had a hidden reserve on it.

CapnMidnight that's a really nice revolver considering its age, imho when not using a reserve I like to go with 14 days to get the longest period possible and the most selling potential along with a substantially higher 'Buy Now' amount especially with a low starting bid.

    Regards

imo--14 days is to much-two week auctions,,,10 days covers 2 weekends and the revolver is doing quite well[:)]
