twist rate on a #1 ruger

Hi i need to know the factory twist rate on a #1 ruger 22 hornet and at thet rate the best grain bullet to use.

  I would assume, that it would be the same as in the #3, which is 1 in 16. They don't like longer bullets, much over 55 grains as a general rule. I think a 22 Hornet with a 1 in 7 twist rate would be awesome, so it could make good with some 75 grain A-Max bullets.
