Could be as easy as a chip in the works. Take it apart and clean it. http://www.gunpartscorp.com/catalog/Products.aspx?catid=8445

Okay, I will tear it down and keep an eye out for wear as well.

Can anyone shed some light on this gun? It feels good and looks high quality. Are they good shooters?

Timing & lock-up are a problem with this model; it tends to shave lead. It was my buddy's first gun, & I still have the scar on my face.....don't let anyone stand next to you when you shoot it.
